Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Pyxicube.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  1. The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. The order does not arrive within the maximum delivery timeframe
    (19 business days from the shipping date).

  3. The item is missing important parts or does not function as described.

To process a refund or replacement, we require photo and/or video evidence of the issue.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

  • The package was refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the normal use of the product.


3. Timeframe to Request a Refund or Return

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For orders that have not arrived within 19 business days, please contact us as soon as that timeframe is exceeded.

If you contact us outside of these timeframes, we may not be able to approve your request.


4. Returns (Physical Product Returns)

Because we work with international fulfillment centers, in most cases we do not require the product to be physically returned.

Instead, after reviewing the evidence, we will usually offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement product at no extra cost, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the case.

If a physical return is exceptionally required:

  • We will provide the return address and instructions by email.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept packages sent back without prior authorization.


5. Refund Method and Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours after the purchase is completed.
Once processing or shipping has started, the order can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

  • Photos and/or video clearly showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
